Intimacy Coach, Doctoral Trainee
Wellbeing is not just a physical thing that begins and ends with diet and exercise. Wellbeing is also mental, spiritual and relational. Our personal relationships and beliefs about how we’re supposed to experience them are just as intrinsic to our health and happiness as our fitness level.
I know through my own experiences and the stories of my clients that we must become healthier, internally and externally, personally and socially, before we can experience the satisfying connections we want and deserve. I aim to serve as a messenger and advocate for the things that can help us experience the relationships we want but are stuck trying to achieve.
We have a lot of changes to make and a lot of reframing to do. Old ways no longer serve us. New ways are emerging but there is still much to accomplish before we fully embrace healthier practices and frames of mind. We can find more satisfying lives once we understand the origins of the motions we’ve been going through. We must understand the thoughts and fears we’ve been fed. Once we begin implementing our enlightenment into our daily behavior, we can be better as individuals and partners.
I have made incredible sacrifices and dedicated every personal resource towards evolution. I am learning how to be stronger in mind and body, think more independently, and to live and love more authentically. As I become better at these, I hope to help others do these things as well.
Professionally and academically, exciting things are in the making. Full-time doctoral studies have turned my focus and energy to a related but different field than the erotic world I once knew. I am so grateful that I am able to synthesize the lessons from my time in entertainment with professional research and services. This makes valuable meaning of it all. I can officially consider myself an intimacy researcher now and I can’t wait to share my dissertation with you!
Although the demanding responsibilities of my latest commitment mean I have significantly less availability than I previously had, I still find moments to offer coaching services to individuals wishing to improve their relationships.
If you seek coaching, you may book your session directly through my Work With Me page. All other inquiries may be sent via social platforms or at my gmail (valeriebaber@). An assistant or I will respond to genuine, relevant and respectful messages.
I appreciate you, your openness, curiosity, your work towards transformation, and your interest in my work. I wish you goodness, health and daily improved intimacy with yourself and others.
